The Wellness Center is located approximately 18 miles north of Newport Washington. From Newport take Highway 20 north to Usk. At the Crossroads Café turn right and proceed through Usk and across bridge over Pend Oreille River. Once across river turn north (left) towards Kalispell Reservation. Wellness Center is approximately 2 miles on left. 1981 N. LeClerc Road
