Researchers Trap 5 Grizzly Bears In Island Park

Idaho Fish and Game, and a group of federal researchers have managed to trap and tag five grizzly bears in Island Park over the last week. This is something Idaho Fish and Game does every year with the hope of learning more about bears, and how to prevent future problems with humans. (Click on the above link to read the entire news story.)

IGBC Celebrates 25 Years of Grizzly Bear Recovery
The Interagency Grizzly Bear Committee (IGBC) will celebrate a quarter century of grizzly bear recovery on June 21, 2008, with a public ceremony at the Blackfoot – Clearwater Wildlife Management Area.
